Since the time i'm able to have solid food, my mum gave me tomato liao. I take tomato every day since then. We keep all the tomatoes in the fridge, so as and when, i just wash the tomato & eat, anytime i feel like it, straight from the fridge lor.

Why? cos my mum say so lor. She always tell me it is very good for me lah. But when i ask her to explain, she go blank....and ask me to go find my science teacher for answer LOL. My mum just lazy to explain it to me and also cos she is always busy with work ma, bo bian~

Well, tomatoes are very good for us is becos~~~

Eating tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce and tomato paste-topped pizza more than two times a week can reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 21 to 43 %.
